Thank you for joining the circus. The page was created in October 1996. The web page is my way of staying in touch with people and it also gives me a way to publicly express myself.

Believe it or not, I have been updating my website over 15 years now. Since then, I graduated in 1998 from Southern Illinois University and since 1999 I have worked as an Information Services Specialist providing technical support to about 11,000 computer users. I attended class part-time for 9 years while working and finished a master of science degree in MIS (Management Information Systems) from University of Illinois in May 2008. By my calculations, I went to school for 28 years, taking one or more classes per year. Besides dancing, my hobbies are home automation, reading health and finance literature, web design, robots and vacation planning. I also enjoy inline skating, swimming and reading for personal development. I have membership in two local investment clubs, two professional organizations and pursue other business/financial interests. It's all hard work, but it's worth it!

The story goes... I proposed to a wonderful woman named Valerie originally from Mackinaw, Illinois (pop. 3,700). The proposal was made in a hot air balloon above Lincoln, Illinois (pop. 14,800) and we were married April 17, 2004 in Morton, Illinois. Our honeymoon was at the Polynesian Resort in magnificent Walt Disney World. We now live in Lincoln, Illinois.

Valerie has a baccalaureate from Illinois State University and master's degree from University of Illinois. She served as a corporate librarian at a Fortune 500 company in Bloomington, IL for 7 years. Now she is a full-time and on-call 24/7 homemaker to a demanding 4 year old.

My sister is a 2005 graduate of Southern Illinois University in Marketing. Destiny is married to Josh and working as Assistant Manager at BJ Grand Salon in Springfield. She sold her round house in Springfield, now she lives in Rochester with her husband Joshua and their two Pomeranian children. Yes, Destiny got married and my family got to be in a wedding. My newest computer is an Asus Eee PC 1000, 1.6 GHz Intel Atom, 1 Gb RAM netbook with 10" screen running Windows XP Professional. I also have a laptop and desktop workstations used for graphic applications on our home network. I got a Motorola Droid about a year ago and discovered the power of smart phones for mobile communication.

My age is 35 as of June 18 and my hometown is Auburn, Illinois (pop. 4,200). My wife, daughter and I live in a beautiful ranch style earth bermed home in Lincoln, Illinois. My parents were long-time residents of Auburn and now live in Springfield, Illinois (pop. 110,000). Valerie's parents are long-time residents of Mackinaw, Illinois.
