Lodge is located just north of the Road Ranger Service Station, which
is just north of the Heritage House Smorgasbord Restaurant.
Proceeds benefit National Image Inc., Central Illinois Chapter and The National Image Inc. Latino Scholarship Fund. The Central Illinois Chapter is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to promoting Education, Employment, Culture, and Civil Rights for the Latino Community.
Every Saturday night, we hold a fund raiser, "Salsa Nights" dance at "The Lounge" at the Travel Lodge on South Sixth Street. Besides basic expenses such as the cost of fliers, postage, and the DJ (not a member of the organization), all proceeds are used to benefit our organization. For example, we give three $750.00 scholarships to Latino Students each September.
